First time doing her challenge and I can definitely see a difference! I love that Ana’s plan is an at home work out plan. They’re simple workouts with great results! It makes it so much easier to fit into my busy schedule and doesn’t force me to fight for machines at the gym! You get what you put into it so if you want results you have to put the effort in! This is my first time ever joining a fitness program! I’m so happy I get to do this for myself! The excerises are doable at home or in the gym. You can take your iBooks or a print out of your guide w/ you. You’ll find most demonstrations of the excerises if you hit the link “Ana cheri’s YouTube” demo in the glossary or her social media page “Cherifit”. The Meal plan is easy to follow and definitely helping me make better choices. It’s only the 2nd week, but this program overall is helping me stay on track. You just have to stay consistent and you got this!
